Getting started

From sign-up to your first delivery plan. BellowAI runs entirely in the browser — there is nothing to install.

1. Sign up and open the app

Create an account, then sign in. BellowAI is a multi-tenant product: your account belongs to an organization, and your sessions, keys, and history are scoped to it. Every seat includes the full pipeline for a flat price — see pricing for details.

2. Add a model key

BellowAI uses a bring-your-own-key model. Before you can run the pipeline, add at least one LLM API key under My LLM Keys. You can connect:

  • Anthropic (Claude) — get a key from console.anthropic.com under API Keys.
  • OpenAI — get a key from platform.openai.com under API Keys.

The model picker is gated by which keys you have added: you only see the models for providers you have a key for. Add just an OpenAI key and you get the OpenAI models; add both and you can pick from either. See Bring your own keys for the full model list and how keys are stored.

3. Create a session and describe your idea

Start a new session and enter your idea as a prompt — a feature, a product, or a problem you want turned into a plan. A session groups a run and its output so you can revisit, re-run, and compare later.

4. Choose a model

Pick the model that fits the task and your budget from the providers you have keys for. Options range from economy models for quick passes to premium reasoning models for the most complex plans. Because you bring your own key, model usage is billed to you directly by the provider at cost.

5. Run the pipeline and review

Run the session. A sequence of specialized agents takes your idea through planning, epics, features, stories, a development approach, and validation. Output streams back to your browser as it is produced, so you watch the plan build in real time rather than waiting for a single blob at the end.

You review and approve at each gate. Edit the output where you want to steer it, then let the next stage continue. When the plan is complete you can export it to your issue tracker, or turn it into a client-ready pitch and proposal draft (with human sign-off before anything goes out).
