Do I need my own LLM API key?
Yes. You connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, so model usage is billed to you directly by the provider at cost. This keeps your seat price predictable and gives you full control over which models you use.
Are there usage limits?
The seat price is flat. Because you bring your own model key, your LLM spend is governed by your provider plan. Optional org-level usage caps and monthly budgets are available to keep costs in check.
What about infrastructure costs?
BellowAI runs ephemeral, cost-efficient compute that spins up per job and tears down the moment it finishes. Infrastructure usage is shown transparently in the ROI dashboard, and any pass-through is disclosed and billed at cost.
