Changelog entries

Org workflow templates · 2026-06-04

Orgs can define, save, and reorder named agent workflows and pick one per session. The default remains the built-in Solution Generation flow (the canonical 18-step order). Any member can create and manage their own templates; admins curate and set the org default. Fully backward-compatible.

Session-level infra cost attribution & cost-to-serve report · 2026-06-04

Every session now attributes its Azure infrastructure cost (the ephemeral worker runtime) alongside its LLM token cost, and the ROI dashboard surfaces a current and projected “cost to serve” — AI, infrastructure, and total spend with a projected month-end figure.

Monthly usage caps · 2026-06-04

Optional per-plan token and task limits close the meter-to-enforce loop: once an org reaches its monthly limit, new work is blocked with a clean upgrade prompt. Safe by default — a no-op until enforcement is enabled.

Paywall upgrade modal · 2026-06-04

Subscription and budget limits now surface as a clear in-app upgrade path instead of a generic error — the modal maps each case to the right message and call to action, launching checkout when appropriate.

ROI & usage dashboard · 2026-06-04

The analytics view is now a value-framed ROI dashboard: cards for estimated value delivered, ROI multiple, hours saved, tasks completed, AI cost, and cache savings, plus daily cost-trend and cost-by-agent/model charts with a 7/30/90-day range selector.

Tiered plans & connector add-ons · 2026-06-03

Plan tiers (free / pro / team / enterprise) now map to pricing and entitlements, with a public plans catalog for upgrade flows. Slack/Teams connectors and ticketing exports (Jira, Linear, ADO) can be gated as paid add-ons. Backward-compatible for existing orgs.

Durable usage metering & entitlements foundation · 2026-06-02

A plan/entitlement catalog and a durable per-org usage counter now underpin billing: monthly token and task usage is metered from every spend point, feeding metered billing, monthly caps, and the ROI dashboard.

Account recovery & 2FA by default · 2026-06-02

Two-factor authentication now works end-to-end — TOTP enrollment with one-time backup codes, at-rest encryption of the 2FA secret, forced enrollment at signup, a recovery email flow, and passwordless passkey (WebAuthn) sign-in.

Email deliverability improvements · 2026-06-02

Transactional email now carries a deliverability footer and clearer “check your inbox” guidance, plus a documented plan and tooling to move to a verified custom sending domain with aligned SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Onboarding overhaul · 2026-06-02

A first-run welcome guide explains the core loop in three steps — describe your task, agents do the work, review and approve — with a role-aware next step. The getting-started checklist now shows for every role and is reopenable anytime.

Reliability & hardening · 2026-06-02 – 2026-06-03

A wave of stability fixes: a distributed rate limiter that holds across replicas, large session artifacts that no longer hit the storage size cap, a worker-container reaper that keeps infrastructure ephemeral, and a more resilient live-stream that falls back to polling during cold starts.

Stripe billing on DEV & unique org names · 2026-06-01

Test-mode Stripe billing is wired end-to-end (checkout, price, webhook), and organization names are now enforced as unique at creation, with the login org-picker disambiguated so two orgs are never confused.

Mobile-responsive UI · 2026-05-22

A comprehensive responsive pass across phones and tablets: a three-tier breakpoint system, a horizontal step strip for the studio sidebar, slide-over panels, single-column stacking, and iOS auto-zoom prevention.

Model routing & bring-your-own-key · 2026-05-22

Sessions default to per-step auto-routing (faster models for early framing, stronger models for synthesis) with the model used shown per step. Any user can also store their own personal Anthropic API key, billing against their own account.

Multi-org membership · 2026-05-21 – 2026-05-22

A user can now belong to multiple organizations with a different role in each, choosing an org at login. Admins gained a multi-tenancy management surface for creating orgs, inviting users, and managing roles, plus org delete and restore.
